Late nights no barrier to this excellent, engaged agent

This is the second time we've asked David Servi to help us sell an apartment in Sydney's inner city and he excelled himself. His knowledge of the inner urban market is without peer, his approach was tenacious in gaining an excellent outcome for ourselves as vendors, and his charming demeanour towards both us and potential buyers has proven to be a great package. David clearly loves heritage buildings - in this case the St James building in Stanley Street East Sydney, right on the edge of Hyde Park and close to the mildly bohemian Darlinghurst restaurant strip. As principal of his agency, he surprised us by turning up to all the openings, talking through options with potential buyers. When we finally sold, just before auction and courtesy of some sensible bargaining by David on our behalf, he arrived at our place late in the evening, by arrangement, to have us do the all-important signatures, and quaff a celebratory glass of shiraz. We felt throughout that we were on the same page with him on all aspects of the sale. That's what we call an excellent, engaged agent.
