Professional and friendly

I had a great experience working with Simon during the purchase of my property. He was friendly, professional, and always responsive, which made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. What really stood out was his commitment even after the deal was done. During the final inspection, I found a few issues (a broken handle and a faulty heater lamp), and although the vendor wasn’t willing to fix them, the agent stepped in and arranged to have them sorted for us.
