Paul was fantastic throughout the entire process — his communication and people skills were excellent, and he always made himself available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us better understand everything along the way. He had a great understanding of the rental market and provided rental estimates that were higher than other agencies we spoke to, while still being realistic and achievable. We were very happy to see those estimates successfully attained. Their rates and fees were also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. The rest of the team were also great to deal with — communication was always clear and prompt, and we were consistently kept in the loop. Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, we were able to secure our first tenants very quickly and with minimal stress.
