High expectations and not disappointed.

Paul has developed a sales strategy that enabled him to have our investment property placed on the market for sale, both quickly and very professionally. The photographs and floor plan as well as the accommanying text were placed onto a premium Internet site by Wednesday and the open for inspection was organised for the Saturday. The property and Paul's presentation generated a lot of interest which resulted in a committed buyer offering us $40 000 over our intinial asking price. Paul made a point of establishing what our expectations were and then proceeded to pleasantly surprise us by exceeding these expectations. We are very happy with both the process and the result.
