Off Market Sale

I had a great experience with Lachlan and his team! From the get go, he was enthusiastic and provided a wealth of information on the current market, and campaign strategy. His website and information provided looked great. Lachlan worked well with the existing tenant and provided a well thought out timeline for getting marketing mateirals ready to advertising it and showing open homes - however, he managed to secure an off-market buyer before we even got to the listing phase! The process was so seamless there were times I had to remind myself that the property was under contract and the the settlement date was coming up. I definitely recommened Lachlan and would use him again.
