Highly recommended!

Rachel was absolutely fantastic, she was highly knowledgeable about the state of the market, very personable, an excellent communicator, and spot on in terms of what we could realistically expect our house to sell for. She was also very good at communicating with potential buyers and assessing their likely bidding limits. On auction day she was able to leverage this knowledge during negotiations with the high bidder to get us a great result. We highly recommend Rachel to anybody contemplating selling their house.

Professional and Great Advice

Rachel was excellent with availability of documents, information on the property and advice for first-time auction bidders. The whole process was stream-lined and she provided great advice through the whole stressful experience, including walking us through the process post highest bid below reserve. Would definitely recommend.

Settle for the best and forget the rest

Rachel is the diamond, in an industry littered with dodgy practitioners who care more about themselves than their client. There is no words to describe the exemplary service from day one we received. Her knowledge and communication with us was honest, professional and realistic, giving us sound advice and was not over inflated just to get the business. From her knowledge of quality tradesman to prepare house for sale and industry contacts assist with staging the process which was never forced or made you feel obligated to use - It was just a part of the service. After the successful sale of our first house we used Rachel and her team for our second house without a second thought. So don’t waste your time listening to other agents promising you they will get hundreds of thousands more just to get your listing - which they can’t do. Save time and money and talk to Rachel. I can promise, you won’t regret it.

We bought a house from Rachel and loved every interaction we had with her. After going to many opens and dealing with some really bad agents, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Rachel and the team at Stadium. We wish we sold our house with Rachel as well, she is so transparent and personable, and how she has interacted with us post sale didn’t change at all. Couldn’t recommend Rachel and the Stadium team more.

We have had the pleasure of working with Rachel and her team as a purchaser, landlord and, most recently, as vendors. In all capacities, Rachel has been dedicated, prompt with communication, transparent, and a realist in terms of expected outcomes. As a landlord, she dealt with some difficult tenants professionally and sourced our current long-term tenants through her community connections.
