You will be impressed by this lovely cottage with its polished floors and timber features throughout. There are 2 bedrooms, both with robes, modern kitchen, bathroom with separate shower & bath and internal laundry. You can sit back on the front verandah with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and watch the world go by. There is a single carport and a small garden shed and the yard is mostly fenced with easy care gardens as well.
Where a property meets the criteria for water charging the owner may pass water consumption charges onto the tenant. Please be aware of this when applying for a rental property.
