My property purchasing adventure over the last 6 months has been really tough, particularly in the areas I was looking at initially. After many months of frustrating conversations and mishaps with real estate agents, I completely switched gears and headed over to emu plains (more than a 30 minute drive from where I was initially searching for property), and was greeted by a lovely man named Justin Cohen. From the moment Justin introduced himself, I could feel his genuineness. In a way I was a little stunned, as I'd never dealt with an agent who was so kind and honest. As days went by and we communicated more, I began to appreciate the amount of knowledge he had, particularly in the local area. Which brought my jitters to an ease, as this area is quite foreign to me, and i could certaintly use every bit of knowledge that could be given. As we got closer to settling on the property, he made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible, and did a fantastic job in guiding me through it all. From my last minute phone calls asking to visit the property, to seeking clarifications from the sellers, Justin was always on the ball and did everything he could to help me out. It was very clear he wanted me to be as happy and as comfortable as possible (properties these days ain’t cheap!!!). Absolutely lovely humain being. Thank you very much for everything Justin! Andre

Justin recently sold a vacant corner block on behalf of my Mother. We selected Justin because he had good local knowledge, a carefully crafted selling plan, and he was convinced the scarcity of this type of property would produce a higher price than other agents we considered. Justin maintained excellent communications with the family during the sale process. He found a number of potential buyers and the property was sold speedily and successfully at the top of his price range. The price exceeded our original expectations. I highly recommend Justin.

My sister and I recently sold our 'family' home on behalf of our mother and we are extremely pleased that we chose Justin to make the sale. He provided competitive fees, good local knowledge, a thoughtful sales plan, and robust price estimates for the property. Justin then worked diligently to achieve those prices. Communications from Justin during the inspections and sale process were always timely and detailed. Most importantly, when offers reached a level we could accept Justin continued to search for new buyers who would pay what he believed the property was worth - and he succeeded! I highly recommend Justin. P.S. While clearing papers from the family home I noted Stanton & Taylor sold my parents previous home in 1965! To that point I add that Justin's support team at Stanton & Taylor were always pleasant and efficient.
