Understood scarcity

Justin recently sold a vacant corner block on behalf of my Mother. We selected Justin because he had good local knowledge, a carefully crafted selling plan, and he was convinced the scarcity of this type of property would produce a higher price than other agents we considered. Justin maintained excellent communications with the family during the sale process.
