Professional Informative, Great advise about presentation, realistic Targeted marketing

3rd family property sold by Justin in 5yrs, 2 in the boom for my mum and son first week, many offers. 3rd property mine Townhouse Werrington sold week before 2019 federal election for asking price, On market for only a month. Justin held 3 busy open houses plus many private day & evening private viewings. Most other local townhouses offered by other agents on offer took way more than 3mths to sell.
