Simple, smooth and successful process

Thank you to Greg and the team for a smooth and successful past few weeks. We are very happy with, not only the results, but with the whole experience and selling process. Greg always kept us updated each week with the progress, whether it be verbally or through emails. The Whatsapp group was also another good way of communication. From beginning to end, Greg was professional, trustworthy, understanding, hardworking (we think he works 24/7), and shared a lot of useful and realistic information with us, e.g. recent sales experiences, comparable properties, changes in the market etc. We always felt comfortable and never felt pressured with decisions because we trusted Greg’s advice. Having said that, Greg always gave us autonomy and opportunity to question and change direction if ever needed. We started the journey expecting things to be intimidating and challenging, but it was not so. Greg always made us feel at ease, such as explaining paperwork and procedures. The team behind the scene was also professional and great with communication. Furthermore, Greg was an empathetic listener who was not always business and work, but showed a compassionate and caring side that I will remember. Reading many previous reviews from others, I am not surprised and I could not agree more with all the positive feedback. We thank Greg and the team from the bottom of our hearts. (T&G)
