Happy buyers

Thanks to everyone at Starr Partners for their help and guidance around other listings we were interested in but just missed out on, and thank you to Elise for taking time out of her Saturday after the auction we attended (and missed out on) to set up a private inspection for an even better opportunity for us and our future plans. In such a strong market we wanted to act fast, so fortunately the vendors were also in a position to sell quickly. We put an unconditional offer in prior to auction to secure our purchase at a fair price inline with the market prior to auction as this house purchase was time sensitive to our upcoming schedules. Elise was present throughout the whole buying process advising us on the steps involved for an unconditional sale (Along with the guidance and advice from our conveyancer) and also followed up with vendors consistently to ensure a speedy process.
