Daniel and Jake had been on our radar for over 2 years as we had been looking in the market to buy. We were exposed to their demeanor, character and work ethic over that time and so when it came time to sell, we knew we wanted them to list our home. Daniel, even went as far as to call me about homes listed with other agents that he thought would be a good fit for us to buy.
