Professional Service and Friendly Staff

I was introduced to Paul and Elton from Starr Partners Real Estate Campbelltown just before Christmas whilst I was searching for the ideal apartment for my changing situation. Paul was very professional, yet friendly in his approach as he showed me around a perfect 2-bedroom apartment in Santana Road Campbelltown. He made me feel comfortable during what was a hard time for me, as he went about explaining the various features and details of the unit. He answered all my questions, and along with Elton continued to work with me towards obtaining all the details I needed to make a final decision. Elton's willingness to contact the seller on the spot and negotiate a great deal at the time of my second inspection was the added touch I needed, and the sale was struck there and then. I want to say thanks to Paul, Elton and all the staff at Starr Partners.

Unprofessional

Told us they'd list the property for 580K to 630K, which they did, then three weeks later suggested we drop it to 500-525K due to lack of buyer response. I felt like they hadn't been honest in their first appraisal. Numerous times in telephone conversations with me Elton and Paul would have cross office conversations between themselves to ascertain facts they should have had at hand before talking to me. The property finally sold at $550K, but only after I insisted that I wouldn't take any less for it. The sales contract was hand-written and led to a disagreement over the amount of "Marketing fee" to be charged due to a poorly written amount of (on very close inspection) $1800 which appeared to be $800 due to the 1 being very close to the dollar sign and slightly away from the 800. I expected a lot better, and would not use them again.
