It was great to have dealt with Derek who was very understanding and made the process very easy and simple. Derek was very easy to talk to and not demanding for a sale which was a great outcome as so many agents can have such a pushy attitude to get the sale closed. We were kept up to date with the from the time of making our offer to the day when we had to go into the real estate to sign the paperwork. Derek was able to work with our times outside of wok hours to assist with the process.
