Exceeded Our Expectations

My husband and I decided we wanted to relocate to be closer to family after finding out we were expecting another child. For a while I had been looking over the sold prices of homes in the area at Starr partners office in Erskine park shops. I noticed in comparison to their competitors Starr Partners had the best sold prices. So, it was an easy decision to choose Starr Partners for the sale of my property. Additionally, choosing Starr partners was a more desirable choice for me because as a women I would be dealing with another women (Sara Edwards-our agent) who truly understood my needs and circumstances. It turned out that Sara is also one of the directors of Starr partners Erskine Park so she took the utmost pride in her work. Before I had decided to list our home for sale Sara came to see our property and I asked for some advice in relation to getting the house in good order for potential sale. Sara provided great advice which we followed and shortly there after our house was listed for sale and in a blink of an eye (1 week) the home was under offer. The price the home sold for far exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful for Sara’s expertise, down to earth approach, and genuine/honest character. Not to mention the commission and marketing is very reasonable in comparison to other agents which was an added bonus. Being pregnant and having a 6 month old is already stressful enough without the worries of selling a property but as it turns out I didn’t have any because Sara and her team (Lucy and Antonia) made it stress free with exceptional customer service and keeping me updated every step of the way.
