PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE AGENCY

My initial experience with Jacob on the viewing day for 7/12 Freda Pl. Hammondville 2170, was refreshing. I say this because most agents showing properties to prospective clients are usually caught up in what they have/need to do for the rest of the day and really don't give two hoots about the needs of the people viewing the property are. Jacob, was personable, professional and appeared to be actively engaged in conversation with myself and others viewing the property. He wasn't playing with his mobile or rifling through paperwork, he was neat and tidy and well groomed-not the case with some other agents within the Liverpool area. I was impressed with the organisation and professional approach to paperwork signing and the ongoing inspection report presentation-colour photographs..... other agents keep the colour version and the remnant gets a black and white copy. Early days.... but I can't compare STARR to any other agency I have come across so far. Thank you.
