Highly recommended!

Cherin has been amazing with her help as our property manager. She helped us organise a complete renovation of our investment property by getting some very reasonable quotes with fast working quality labourers. Cherins communication and advice throughout the process has been second to none. Within a couple of hours of adding photos to our rental ad we had new tenants confirmed. We have been very impressed by Cherins hard work and customer service. We highly recommend her to anyone who looking for someone to manage their property.

Great Agency

We had a lovely time staying at this place. Quite conveniently located. Proximity to Parramatta park is icing on cake. Our property manager Cherin Johns had been very helpful and accommodating, promptly sorting out any maintenance issues . End of lease was as smooth as checking in. All in all very good experience.
