Unprofessional and rude service

I have dealt with Starr partners MERRYLANDS and applied for numerous rental properties only never to hear back from anyone. Turns out they had my husband confused for another person who is blacklisted with the same name, they couldn’t even check to see they had completely different date of births (even with all my husbands ID’s). Rude, dry & unprofessional. My husband and I then applied for a property through the Wentworthville office and they were absolutely AMAZING. So helpful and genuinely wanted to help us get a property. Mary, Rose and Natalie made it so easy & stress free for us.
