▶Our experience with Matt Carpenter was excellent. Our initial consultation was a year before we decided to sell when Matt visited us at our home with market information and indicative selling costs in his hand. Via email we received weekly market updates from Starr Partners Merrylands until we were ready to sell. Open home dates and times and the auction date and time were planned in detail within a few days of listing. Over a 6 week marketing campaign we were kept updated with a personal phone call weekly and Matt attended the open homes and we received reports on the open home inspections. We had quite a few mid-week inspections booked which we accommodated where we could and inspections were always accompanied by an agent from Starr Partners. Matt visited us again a few days out from the auction with strategy and advice which we accepted and we sold on auction day. In the quite period between auction and settlement, Matt checked in occasionally but always answered or returned phone calls whenever we had a question.
