Easy quick deal thanks to Ray’s help

I made an offer over the phone which Ray advised wasn’t quite close to the home owners expectations. Then we made our best offer and Ray went over to the vendors house to try and help us secure the property. Thanks to Ray for quickly heading over to the vendors to try and get our deal done on the same day, we can happily say we have secured our new home! Thanks Ray for the quick responses and for helping us with extra viewings of the property whenever we requested for an inspection outside of the standard open home times.
