Starr Partners Rouse hill
We have found Starr Partners a bit disappointing so far. The agent showing the property was very approachable and great to talk to about the property, but unfortunately she provided some misinformation about having 2 car spots when the property only has one, and we did not check on the day. After we were accepted, we followed up on updates for the lease etc but there was little proactive communication. We received more communication about rating the agency, then we did regarding answers that we needed. I think it would be helpful to send new tenants an email saying congratulations, then outlining the general timing and expectations that happen from that moment to when you move in. When collecting the keys, the person who gave them to us did not know about the property and was unable to help with certain questions, just handed over 20 keys in an envelope. I think that having a key person to be able to contact about each property would be useful, and providing other staff members some training on the properties they are assisting with would make the whole process smoother for all involved.
