•I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent work that both Jasmine and Binny have been doing. I started off with a rather challenging tenant and had to go through the tribunal process multiple times. Throughout this ordeal, Jasmine was a beacon of support. She called me to patiently explain the entire process and kept me updated at each step, ensuring I felt comfortable with the progress. When the tenant finally vacated, they left a considerable mess, and some repair works were needed. This happened just as I was about to travel abroad. Binny stepped in and assured me that I could enjoy my holidays while he took care of everything as if it were his own property. True to his word, Binny delivered exceptional results. He completed all the necessary works within two weeks and swiftly secured a new tenant in no time. I am genuinely grateful for the remarkable service provided by Jasmine and Binny. Their dedication and professionalism have made a significant difference.
They are so late in helping with repairs. There system called tapi does not work I have rild them. Multiple times in emails.They ignore. I called there repairs agent do not pick the call and not even call back and jo respinse to voice messages .The house needs some repairs and issues to be sorted in the start of lease and they are not even letting me addeess the issues. The one thing they say we are waiting for quotes and there quotes take months to get back to thne frm repairer. Not helpful, poor service overall very disappointed
