A Job Well Done

We were most happy that Chris kept us informed during the entire selling process. He called when he said he would. We value that very highly. We feel Chris worked hard for us & appreciate his efforts. We were a little disappointed in the price we got though we understand the market is changing. While no promises were made during our initial discussions we think a more straight forward assessment of our price would have managed our expectations better. Having said that, we’ve had a long association with Starr partners St Marys & we were always impressed with their attention to our needs as both landlords & vendors.
