Nick was a pleasure to work with; he is not pushy and keeps you informed. The process to sell our home took time and ultimately we did not get what we wanted but that is real estate; the market will tell you the value. Nick was honest and worked hard for us. Purchase of Investment Property

I'm excited about my recent purchase of an Investment property, in the booming suburb of Thurgoona. Thanks to Stean Nicholls Real Estate and especially to Nicholas Clark, a key Sales Executive with the agency. I saw the four bedroom house advertised on realestate.com.au and reached out to Nick, who was representing the property. From the get-go, Nick was more than willing to answer my questions and was always helpful, professional and punctual. All my phone calls and messages were promptly returned, and he was extremely reliable (and patient) during the negotiation process. Even post the contract exchange, Nick was more than willing to accommodate me, by pointing me in the right direction for selecting trades people to finalize some minor works.
