SMSF Purchase of 3208/70 Mary Street

My first SMSF purchase but not my first investment property buy. Good grief, what I assumed to be a simple process turned out to be one of the most complicated investment property buys I have ever experienced. Angela was amazing throughout the whole process. She talked me down when I thought the purchase would fall through, gave me additional strategies to think about to simplify the purchase and gave me encouragement all the way through to get the sale over the line. Had she not been so tenacious in being the conduit between myself and the vendor then I don't think the purchase would have gone through. There were times, when it seemed far easier to walk away, than try and work through SO many issues with the SMSF purchase and financing, but, Angela made it all happen with regular updates and amazing lines of communication between all parties. I cannot recommend Angela highly enough. Thanks again Angela, amazing job.
