In 2017, Debra completed cert IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and later in 2020 became a Licenced Estate Agent. Priding herself with honesty, compassion and understanding, Debra strives to deliver a high quality level of service to both Residential rental providers and Renters, combined with her eagerness for knowledge of property management has become a valued asset to all. Jo-Anne in 3 words: Friendly, competent and positive Jo-Anne’s role: Customer service is the key component of Jo-Anne’s role at Stockdale & Leggo. Her real estate career commenced in 2007 with Stockdale & Leggo and continues in her current role in Reception/Property Management Administration. What She Brings: Jo-Anne has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate and customer service that enables her to effectively and efficiently assist in all aspects of real estate administration. She supports the Property Managers in ensuring the needs of both Rental Providers and Renters are met and property management administration is maintained at the highest possible level. When not working Jo-Anne enjoys spending time at home with her family and friends, travelling and walking her dog.

The team at the Bacchus Marsh branch of Stockdale and Leggo have been extremely accommodating and supportive with any queries. Jo at reception has always made my enenquiries so easy. Providing advice and assistance with recommendations and supportive services assistance. EG: local trusted people to fix any unforeseen issues that you might might encounter. They are more than happy to go out of their way to provide solid support to help you and guide you through any aspect of your journey. Conveniently, repairs, knowledge about management of you individual individual circumstances. Kyle from the sales team has assisted me with a personal care and guidance, support needed for me. Emma and Jayed have also been more than complimenting with their ongoing support.

Fantastic team

Stockdale & Leggo and the team at rentals are amazing. Whenever we needed they were always available and ready to help. Debra Brough went above and beyond for my family when in between rental properties and I can not speak highly enough of the assistance we received. An absolute credit to the team and Debra for providing such an outstanding service over the last 8+years. Absolutely fantastic.

A caring and professional service.

For the past 12 years, Stockdale and Leggo have provided excellent property management services via their very professional staff, Emily, Jade, Debra, Adele, Zara and Danielle. As interstate landlords we were completely reliant on their services and they did not disappoint. In many cases going above and beyond our expectations. Regular inspections were meticulously recorded and reported. We were quickly advised of any issues requiring repair and they sourced and managed all external contractors. All financial transactions were accurately captured and reporting. During the recent sale of the property (managed through Stockdale and Leggo’s sales team) our tenants were communicated with and assisted to find another rental property. We highly recommend Stockdale and Leggo to provide excellent care for your property and tenants.
