Exceptional Service
Sandra is an efficient hard working professional who loves realestate, with an 'Above and Beyond Attitude'. As a result she inspires confidence to both the seller and the purchaser. Although having to travel a considerable distance she was always early for the opens. The property has many positives but a major negative which overshadowed the positives. Sandra's attitude was we can't change the negative so we will patiently focuss and point out the many positives. Her attitude was the key. She succeeded where other agents failed. I have another property that I will be listing shortly. It is a no brainer as to which agent I will be choosing. The survey asks for 5 stars, but a 5 stars rating does not do Sandra justice, I rate Sandra 10 stars.
