Richard sold my property off market (he was confident he could do that - meaning money saved on advertising, staging etc) and for a price that we agreed on prior. This was achieved in a fairly short time frame as well. His communication in keeping me up to date on the progress of things was outstanding and I was promptly informed of any new developments, especially once the contract was signed.
