it is hard to put into words the service and professionalism I received from Andrew. to be honest I had listed my property with another agent and after 5 months with nothing happening I transferred to Andrew from O'Briens. He met me at my property on a Saturday afternoon and was able to answer every question I had with full knowledge of the unsettling climate we were in now. he explained that he had several people looking for properties in Langwarrin, and no sooner I got home than he rang asking if he could show someone through. he not only has a clear knowledge of real estate, but fully understands what his clients are looking for, as by the next morning I had an offer on my property and contracts signed within 2 days.
