SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH NO DRAMAS

I HAVE RENOVATED A FEW HOUSES AND WATCH THE PROPERTY MARKET WITH KEEN INTEREST. I HAVE TRIED A FEW DIFFERENT REAL ESTATE AGENTS ALONG THE WAY,BUT NONE OF THEM GAVE ME SATISFYING RESULTS. RECENTLY A FRIEND INSISTED I TRY SHARYN MANNING TO SELL MY FAMILY HOME AS IT WAS TIME TO MOVE. SOME AGENTS SAID I WOULD NOT GET THE ASKING PRICE I WANTED OR IM ASKING TO MUCH FOR THE CURRENT MARKET . I CALLED SHARYN AND ITS BEEN HAPPY SAILING EVER SINCE. I GOT WHAT I WANTED AND IM HAPPY. SOME AGENTS WILL SAY ANYTHING AND FEED YOU THERE FABULOUS MARKETING PITCH FOR YOU TO SIGN CONTRACT , AND IN THE END HAVE LITTLE OR NO RESULT. ALL IM ASKING WHEN SELLING A HOUSE IS HONEST OPINIONS AND RELIABLE ADVICE, NOT THE SALES PITCH ANSWERS TO STRING ME ALONG. I FIND SHARYN IS RELIABLE AND TRUE TO HER WORD AND THATS ALL I WANT.
