Hi Alison I am writing to thank you for playing a huge part in making our dreams a reality. From the outset when we first inspected the house we now call home, you were friendly, professional and well informed without being pushy. We loved that and invited you to appraise our own home for sale. We felt at ease during the appraisal and happy with the service you were offering, but still wanted time to make our decision. Again both you and Mark respected this and gave us time without pressure. So many times throughout the stressful negotiation processes of buying and selling, you were there at the other end of the phone giving us advice and reassurance, I couldn't have got through it all without you LOL! Although it felt like years, you had us bought, sold and settled in only a couple of months! It's all a blur looking back now as we get stuck into gardening, painting, renovating etc. But know, you helped us in making the most important, exciting and best decisions we've ever made for our family.
