He also organised a virtual home inspection when I couldn’t attend in person, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Even during the settlement period, Vincent remained accommodating — assisting with coordination between the vendor and my property manager, and personally attending the property to ensure all rubbish was removed and cleaning matters were addressed.
