Excellent, with an excellent result

I have just sold a house in Shepparton part of a deceased estate. Not living in Shepparton made it difficult because of two hours travelling involved. I placed myself in Vincent's hands. His knowledge of the local market was excellent. His initial price range was adjusted upwards as he could see the market changing and the property was sold for more than we expected.
