Quite simply outstanding in every respect!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Vince for many years, and certainly many years before he embarked on his career in real estate. I always found him to be friendly, of the highest honesty and integrity with exceptional interpersonal skills and a terrific work ethic. As part of his exceptional interpersonal skills, he has the ability to be an active listener, a quality that is sometimes lost on sales personnel. I knew that Vince had started a career in real estate, so when the time came, I had absolutely no hesitation in using him as the agent. Back around July 2025 he compiled a comprehensive appraisal of the address in question. In the months that followed, the market had increased dramatically and Vince was certainly well ahead of the upward trend when it came time to put the property on the market. His advice proved to be excellent and the property effectively sold in a few days, after what I consider to be some outstanding negotiating by Vince with the eventual purchaser. Vince, again, proved to be an excellent negotiator when some issues were raised by the prospective purchaser. I have no hesitation in recommending Vince. He kept me advised at every major point of this transaction and I was wise enough to take his professional advice! Make no mistake, if you want the best possible price for your property then you need go no further than Vince Tassoni when it comes time for the services of an agent.
