Sale of our straw bale house in Woolsthorpe

Our house was a cement rendered, straw bale house, with nothing else in the area to compare it with. Being a retired builder, Bryan was able to talk Phil through the construction of our house, which of course was owner built. Phil was very easy to get along with and was always up front with everything happening. He seemed to be often following up with any prospective purchasers, which he did right from the start. He got us a settlement price we were happy with. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell property.
