Thoughtful customised service

From the outset I knew I would select Sam to sell my house. He showed up well prepared with local knowledge and there was no fluff or pressure to his pitch, which I really apprecisted. Fees and charges, information about the process, all laid out and easy to understand, and more than reasonable including some service options no other agent I interviewed offered. His relaxed and professional demeanour put me instantly at ease, and I knew that buyers would find him equally good to interact with, unlike some other high-pressure agents I interviewed. Sam couldn't do enough to help co-ordinate contractors when I needed help preparing the house for sale, and the work was arranged quickly and done to a high standard. Sam communicated well the whole way through so that I never had to guess what was happening and open homes were never hard to fit in. Sam didn't just roll out his "go-to approach", he reviewed months of similar house sales to craft an advertisement that saw a stampede of prospective buyers to the first open home, and a great offer up front for a quick sale. Was a pleasure dealing with Sam and would whole-heartedly recommend him to others.
