▶I happened across Maxwell and Stone Gungahlin as part of a follow-up on a property inspection I attended, and immediately was impressed with his communication and approachability. I mentioned we had been struggling to sell our apartment with another agent for approximately 4 months and were feeling frustrated by lack of communication and effective marketing strategy. He offered to attend our property with a colleague to provide an obligation-free appraisal and advice. This proved to be invaluable and made it clear we needed to change agents if we hoped to get the result we wanted. I was very impressed by Maxwell and Hugo’s presentation at the meeting. It was immediately clear they were experienced and knowledgeable and had great ideas to help us sell our apartment, without being pushy at all. We were able to negotiate a great rate and excellent marketing package and only a few days later we decided to hand the listing over to Stone Gungahlin and into their capable hands. From the first moment, they provided a proactive, tailored, thoughtful service. They didn’t let any opportunities slip past but were also considered in their approach. We were always kept well informed and provided timely feedback after each inspection, as well as comprehensive stats on marketing performance and buyer feedback each week. They were constantly evaluating and reevaluating the strategy based on market conditions and buyer feedback and came to us with new ideas. They were tenacious and committed to getting us a good price and were ultimately able to find a buyer in a challenging market for our location and property type. I don’t think there was anything more they could have done to assist, and were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We would happily sell with Maxwell and Hugo (and Stone Gungahlin) again.
