"I've absolutely loved living here. This was my very first home, and I don't think I could have found a better place to start out. Being brand new when I bought it, and only a couple of years old now, it's been completely stress-free, with no repairs or work needed. You can simply move in, relax, and make the space your own.
I didn't make too many changes, just a few personal touches like curtains, floating shelves, and adding concrete in the courtyard, which means there's still plenty of scope for someone new to put their own stamp on it. I'm not much of a gardener, so the concrete pad was just to avoid stepping out onto mulch, but otherwise, the courtyard is a blank canvas. The shed has been super handy for my bike and tools, though I'm sure someone else could make even better use of it.

One of my favourite features is the bathroom-I upgraded to full floor-to-ceiling tiling, which makes it feel really luxurious, and I've absolutely loved the huge shower.
The neighbourhood has been another highlight. My neighbours have all been so lovely, the complex is well maintained, and the walking paths around the nearby ponds, creeks, and wetlands quickly became a favourite of mine. On top of that, having easy access to Amaroo Shops, Casey Market Town, and Gungahlin Town Centre made life super convenient, but especially on those nights when I didn't feel like cooking.
Letting go of this place is definitely bittersweet, but I'm excited for the next person who gets to call it home. I truly hope they love it just as much as I have."
