What's around 21/10 Margules Crescent

•THE DOOR IS OPEN, WELCOME HOME•

A WORD FROM OUR SELLER: "I've absolutely loved living here. This was my very first home, and I don't think I could have found a better place to start out. Being brand new when I bought it, and only a couple of years old now, it's been completely stress-free, with no repairs or work needed. You can simply move in, relax, and make the space your own. I didn't make too many changes, just a few personal touches like curtains, floating shelves, and adding concrete in the courtyard, which means there's still plenty of scope for someone new to put their own stamp on it. I'm not much of a gardener, so the concrete pad was just to avoid stepping out onto mulch, but otherwise, the courtyard is a blank canvas. The shed has been super handy for my bike and tools, though I'm sure someone else could make even better use of it. Inside, the storage has been a standout. So many townhouses waste the under-stair space, but here the builders did us a real solid, you get access to every inch of it. I chose timber-look tile flooring downstairs because it's easy to keep clean and gives a modern look, while the carpet upstairs keeps the bedrooms warm and cosy through winter. One of my favourite features is the bathroom-I upgraded to full floor-to-ceiling tiling, which makes it feel really luxurious, and I've absolutely loved the huge shower. The neighbourhood has been another highlight. My neighbours have all been so lovely, the complex is well maintained, and the walking paths around the nearby ponds, creeks, and wetlands quickly became a favourite of mine. On top of that, having easy access to Amaroo Shops, Casey Market Town, and Gungahlin Town Centre made life super convenient, but especially on those nights when I didn't feel like cooking. Letting go of this place is definitely bittersweet, but I'm excited for the next person who gets to call it home. I truly hope they love it just as much as I have." Best experience

Kris’ market knowledge and communication skills are absolutely unmatched. Having already committed to another purchase, I was anxious about getting mine on the market and sold within a timeframe that worked for me and Kris smashed my expectations out of the ballpark! We were online for less than a week and secured an offer that I was more than happy with. The transaction was smooth and Kris was very reassuring, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Thank you Kris!
