So Pleased I used Darren Smith from the other agent I was going to use.

4 days ago Darren went out of his way for the sale of my property. He arranged inspections on a Sunday his only day off and Darren did not push me to accept a lower price to what we had agreed, unlike other agents that promise the earth than when they get your listing turn it over quickly and tell you your property is only worth what the first few customers are offering to get the sale and their commission quickly. This is the 6th property I have sold and Darren is by far the nicest most trustworthy agent.
