Prompt, engaging and understanding of tenants needs

Leasing the property with Faz and the Stone team was a pleasure. His insights of the rental demand and needs of the tenants guided a range of items in how we upgraded the property to best appeal to families as well as highlight the many local amenities / facilities the location had to offer. Faz focused on the life and lifestyle of the tenants as a priority which appealed to me as the family can enjoy living in this location. In addition a multiyear lease was able to be finalised.
