Awesome Agent

Gary has done a marvelous job in selling our house. As soon as the house was put on the market my wife and I left Sydney for a week in Brisbane. About a couple of days later Gary rang to say that an offer is made by a lady from inter-state. We gave a much higher price to him and I can remember Gary saying "Don't worry that is my job to sell at the price you want". Before we came back another call said that the deposit is paid into the trust account. WOW!! This speaks volumes about Gary's negotiating and communication skills which are second to none. He is a credible person for someone inter-state to believe the phone calls and put her signature on the dotted line. Wonderful service MATE!!!
