Upon purchase of the property, there have been several items that required repair within the premise. Ashleigh has gone the extra mile to ensure that all works have been organised and completed cost effectively and to a high standard. Further she has worked hard to ensure that a new tenant has been found at the right price point while minimizing vacant time.
