Lovely lady, awesome salesperson.

This has been the hardest review I've ever tried to write. Not because I'm unhappy, quite the opposite, I'm very happy. However, it's difficult to convey this happiness effectively. So, in short, I think Jane is awesome! She's a lovely, honest, open lady, which in the real estate space is often hard to find. Of the three agents we interviewed, Jane was the only person who proposed a strategy to maximise the property's potential. And I'm happy to say we achieved an excellent result in 18 days. But it's not just Jane that deserves the praise. The entire Stone team, especially Viviane Mylott and Julianne, developed a huge interest in our house. Open homes were well attended to the point neighbours commented on the number of cars in the street. This resulted in 18 registered bidders on auction day. A number that exceeded the expectations of most people. Would I recommend Jane? Most definitely, yes. If you want an easy-to-deal-with, no-BS salesperson Jane is the person to engage. If you want to maximise the value of your property, I have no doubt Jane and her team will deliver that for you too. Would I recommend Stone? Most definitely, yes. They seem to have themselves well organised, and they treat people honestly and ethically.

Awesome result

We worked closely with Viviane and her colleague Jane Booty over the 16 days we were on the market. Viviane and Jane have exceptional experience in this area, which enables them to offer great advice simply because they know who is buying houses in the hills. What impressed us was that they see the bigger picture other agents don't. They communicated exceptionally well with us, and they seem to be able to communicate very well with potential buyers. There was never any sense of being told what we want to hear just so they could secure the sale. The Stone approach is pretty awesome too. It's been a while since I've been to an open home, I doubt many agents add the little touches that Viv and Jane do to make buyers feel welcome. I'd feel a little bit special going to one of their open homes. They are both fantastic ladies to deal with. If you want an exceptional result, Viv and Jane are an awesome team.
