About Margaret

With more than 20 years of real estate experience in Australia and NZ, Margaret is a highly recognised and professional Property Manager. Margaret has owned her own Property Management business and been awarded the Chairmans award, State and National Property Manager of the year in 2017 for one of our country’s largest franchise groups. Her passion for Property Management ensures that she is always keeping up with new technology, updated legislation and all that Property Management offers to pass on to her many landlord clients. A grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren, any spare time Margaret has is spent supporting these four, whether it be on the sidelines of the sports field or building sandcastles on our beautiful Central Coast beaches.

Known for her people-first approach she adapts quickly to change, and brings a collaborative spirit to every team she joins. With an understanding of both the property and people side of real estate, Tania is passionate about helping delivering team results keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and building relationships with both owners & tenants. Genuine support & clear communication through the process!

Charlie and Lee were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of helping us secure our new home. The process was so smooth from start to finish, with regular updates and communication at every stage. Having applied for houses in the past, I’ve experienced very little communication throughout the process, so the difference with Charlie and Lee was huge. They were quick to respond, kept us informed, listened to what we needed and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the whole process. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but they made the experience feel easy and reassuring. We really appreciated their professionalism, communication and care throughout. Couldn’t recommend Charlie and Lee highly enough!

Smooth sailing rental process

Tamara was our property manager and she was efficient, communicated in a professional and friendly manner also making the whole process easy. The apartment was clean and tidy. We are so pleased and settled nicely on the first night. I highly recommend Tamara and her team.
