With more than 20 years of real estate experience in Australia and NZ, Margaret is a highly recognised and professional Property Manager. Margaret has owned her own Property Management business and been awarded the Chairmans award, State and National Property Manager of the year in 2017 for one of our country’s largest franchise groups. Her passion for Property Management ensures that she is always keeping up with new technology, updated legislation and all that Property Management offers to pass on to her many landlord clients. A grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren, any spare time Margaret has is spent supporting these four, whether it be on the sidelines of the sports field or building sandcastles on our beautiful Central Coast beaches.

Highly recommend

I have been using Stone realestate to lease my property for a number of years. Christine has been very helpful with everything from negotiating the lease, to finding suitable tenants. Both Tamara and Christine have been great dealing with the property between tenants and ensuring that the property is maintained snd looked after as if it was their own.

Friendly and helpful

I have dealt with Stone since I moved to the Central Coast nearly 3 years ago now. I have always found the staff at Ettalong friendly and approachable. When I was told that my last residence was going up on the market for sale, they helped me find another rental and got everything sorted out for me. I will always recommend to anyone using Stone real estate as I have never had any issues with them 😊
