Very simple and effortless.

Very simple and effortless. Christel knows the market and was pretty much spot on with her estimated sales price. Christel was in communication at all points along the journey. I felt at ease knowing Christel was managing the marketing (including some practical quick tips on presentation without going over the top, kept it realistic) and sales process. No fuss. Christel also assisted with items that were not strictly related to her role in assisting us example with council cleanups scheduling.
