A professional and competently managed sale

An initial consultation with Rhys highlighted both the challenges and potential benefits of selling my property and his local knowledge of the property market and frank appraisal of what sort of price that could be realistically attained for my house led me to place the sale and campaign process with him. The plan worked and in a short time attracted a buyer who made an offer that was satisfactory. The process was smooth and seamless and entirely positive.
