I met and watched Karan many years ago at an open house I attended and I thought, if I ever sell my house, I’m going to use her for the job. Well the time came for us to sell and from the very first conversation that I had with Karan, I knew I had definitely made the right decision. Karan has emotional intelligence, it’s a big thing to sell your family home. She is just so professional, dedicated, honest and an amazing communicator that is so respectful and professional. She achieved an outcome for us that we are over the moon about but so are our buyers, which says something about the way the whole thing is transacted by Karen’s exemplary communication and negotiation skills. We really cannot recommend her enough!
