Selling a house can be daunting and can bring a lot of stress with it. Steven made this whole process very easy and stress free. He made the effort to fit in with us and our busy schedule, he brought all of the paperwork to us and this was done on weekends and after hours. This was appreciated. Steven seemed to have a good knowledge of the market and he explained the fees in detail to us.
