A better positive house hunting experience with Dean Finch than our recent sour encounter

We won the house of our dreams with Dean Finch without the nightmare we recently had undergone with a solo real estate agent who had behaved unprofessionally and quite shockingly unethically as well (no communication, no transparency, privacy breach of our contact details, shifted blame onto our solicitor just to name a few things.) Dean Finch was nothing like that real estate agent, he was very communicative, set clear boundaries with final dates to make offers and established an open line of communication. There was no beating about the bush ,which we were grateful for. I would pick Dean Finch's professionalism over any solo real estate agency in the future as it was not worth the time, energy and wasted money. Furthermore, we found the house of our dreams which turned out better than our previous heartache.
